Login works on Firefox, but fails with the same account information on Safari

If this is an on-going problem for you, please contact our support@planet-lab.org mailing list with your account information so that we can help you.

In general, we test every aspect of our web site using multiple browsers. And, in this case we cannot reproduce the problem you've described. Therefore we do not believe there is a problem inherent to the login mechanism or with multi-browser support.

Please try typing your password again, or clearing any saved passwords from your browser for the planet-lab.org site, or resetting your password to a new value that you can test from both browsers.
